Job summary

Miller Homes Ltd. is seeking a Development Sales Manager (Sales Advisor) to oversee the West Midlands development sales function from Warwick to Nuneaton.

You will manage the customer journey, secure home sales and ensure presentation standards reflect a strong sales message. Based between Warwick and Nuneaton, you will be the primary Miller Homes contact for customers, driving performance, meeting prospects and delivering exceptional service as part of a competitive benefits package including

Qualifications

• Experience in high-performance sales roles.
• Customer-facing with exceptional service.
• Strong problem solving and ability to analyse/report on issues that could affect the development.

Responsibilities

• To manage and control the Development sales function from pre-start to post completion
• Meet prospective customers and maintain primary point of contact throughout customer journey
• Manage the requirements and expectations of customers throughout the house buying process
• Take responsibility for the development’s presentation and ensure it reflects a strong sales message and the highest of standards
