Miller Homes Ltd in the South West region, ideally based around Bridgwater, is seeking a Development Sales Manager (Sales Advisor). You will lead the development sales function, be the primary Miller Homes contact for potential and existing customers, and secure the sale of homes while guiding the customer journey to our standards.

The role requires a high-performance sales background, a presentable, customer-facing professional approach, and strong problem-solving and analytical reporting

Formación

• Experience of high-performance in a Sales role.
• Presentable, customer-facing professional with customer service experience.
• Strong problem solving and ability to analyse/report on issues.
• Ability to assimilate situations and propose effective solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and control the Development sales function from pre-start to post completion.
• Meet prospective customers and maintain primary contact throughout journey.
• Manage customer requirements and expectations during the house buying process.
• Oversee development presentation reflecting high sales standards.
