Currently recruiting for a Development Sales Manager position specialising in New Build homes.

Development Sales Manager Role:
  • You will be working with a well-established national New Homes organisation.
  • You will manage the day-to-day sales functions across the development.
  • As a Development Sales Manager, you will be the first point of contact through to the sale of the property, responsible for managing the customer journey for potential and actual customers.
  • You will conduct viewings, handle negotiations, and take full ownership of the site.
  • You will also manage the customer journey in accordance with company standards, procedures, and targets, while seeking career growth opportunities.
  • You will report regularly to the Sales Manager.
  • Sell 2-4 Bedroom homes.
  • Ensure each sale meets customer satisfaction.
