Job description

We are looking to recruit a Development Sales Manager (Sales Advisor) to join our fantastic West Midlands region, based around the Worcester area. The role will see you take responsibility for and manage the development sales function and be the primary Miller Homes contact for potential and existing customers. Having responsibility for securing the sale of homes and managing the customer journey in accordance with company standards, procedures and targets.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Managing and controlling the Development sales function from pre-start to post completion
  • Meeting prospective customers and maintaining primary point of contact throughout customer journey
  • Managing the requirements and expectations of customers throughout the house buying process
  • Taking responsibility for the development's presentation and ensuring it reflects a strong sales message and the highest of standards

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience of high-performance in a Sales role with a Housebuilder
  • A presentable, customer-facing professional with experience of dealing with customers and providing an exceptional standard of customer service
  • Experience in problem solving and the ability to analyse/report on issues that could affect the development
  • The ability to rapidly assimilate and assess situations and issues, offering solutions with maximum results
