As a Development Manager, you will be…

Working on major projects and mixed-use developments, coordinating key infrastructure to deliver serviced land parcels for house builders and commercial operators, enabling them to focus on their core operations. Your responsibilities include:

• Setting and maintaining programmes and budgets.
• Identifying value engineering opportunities.
• Engaging with clients, stakeholders, and local communities to report on project progress.
• Managing risks promptly to prevent delays and protect the company's reputation.
• Overseeing all aspects of projects, including technical, planning, commercial, environmental, legal, and construction.
• Evaluating site constraints and monitoring risks.
• Liaising with Local Authorities for technical approvals and legal agreements.
• Managing internal and external consultants.
• Working closely with Principal Designers, Contractors, and Production Managers.
• Ensuring high-quality, accurate submissions of designs, reports, and applications.
• Staying informed on current planning, technical, and environmental matters.
