And with this role also being client-side it means you'll be overseeing the projects from start to finish, having full ownership, and that satisfying feeling of a job well done.

This growing and busy company are looking for a Development Project Manager to join their property team, helping oversee the new build works and large-scale refurbishments across their UK-Wide portfolio.

Working alongside the acquisitions team at the start of the process, you'd assist with site appraisals and help to decide the scope of works needed. From there you'd instruct external consultants as necessary to bring the project team together, produce detailed technical specifications, monitor costs and progress throughout the work until handover at the end.

You can be based anywhere in the UK, but if you're in the Midlands somewhere it will make coverage easier. You also need to have experience as a construction project manager / building surveyor or similar, be able to work autonomously, and be experienced in handling new build and refurbishment works up to c£5m in value.
