Development Project Manager

Location: Remote working c/o Bupa Place, Salford Quays, Manchester

Permanent

Up to £53,200 + 10% Management Bonus Scheme + Fantastic benefits

Full time – Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours per week

In this role, you will:

  • Drive growthby supporting our pipeline of opportunities and helping to bring new services into the business.
  • Lead projectsfrom concept to completion.
  • Coordinate cross-functional workstreams, ensuring smooth integration and delivery.
  • Manage construction elements, timelines, budgets, and risks with confidence.
  • Think flexibly, operate in grey areas, and learn something new every day.

You will be:

  • A natural problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced, ever-changing environments.
  • Experienced in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Skilled at building business cases, identifying risks, and delivering results.
  • A confident communicator who can influence, challenge, and lead.

Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:

  • Education to degree level or equivalent.
  • Strong project management experience, ideally in a commercial or healthcare setting.
  • Knowledge of secondary healthcare servicesand how they operate.
  • Hands-on experience in property project management, including refitting and redevelopment.
  • A commercial mindset, with the ability to balance quality, cost, and speed.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to challenge and influence.
