Job summary

LADbible Group in London is seeking a Development Producer to join our Originals team for a 12 Month FTC. You’ll turn fresh formats into new shows for YouTube, broadcast and podcasts, across entertainment, sport and factual genres.

You will manage pilot series from concept to delivery, co-produce shoots, and develop decks to pitch to stakeholders while working with brands and the marketing team. Ideal candidates have strong credits in formats for social platforms, a nose for what works, and the

Qualifications

• Proven track record developing ideas from concept to delivery or commissioned works.
• Strong knowledge of YouTube and social media ecosystems.
• Ability to create repeatable formats with clear beats and pacing.
• Comfort translating ideas into persuasive decks and pitches.

Responsibilities

• Create original, returnable formats for LADbible channels (LADbible Entertainment, LADbible Stories, SPORTbible).
• Pitch ideas to Development Lead and channel teams.
• Manage pilot series production from start to finish.
• Co-produce shoots and edits with a Creative Producer.
• Develop topline ideas into fleshed-out formats.
• Plan office run-throughs and gameplay demos to test ideas.
• Build decks and present to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the LAD360 team to integrate partners into content.
