Job summary

National Theatre is seeking an Associate Head of Development Operations to lead the day-to-day delivery of the Development Operations function, optimizing fundraising through strong governance, systems and processes. You will work closely with the Head of Development Operations to ensure compliant, efficient operations that enable fundraisers to be outward-facing and supporter-focused.

You will partner with Senior Managers across Prospect Research, Donor Relations and operational support

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a Development Operations role in a busy fundraising department.
• Experience of managing competing priorities across multiple functions.
• Experience of using data and insight to improve decision-making.
• Experience of implementing processes and systems across a team.
• Robust line management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of the Development Operations function.
• Ensure effective systems, processes and governance to optimise fundraising.
• Partner with Senior Managers across Prospect Research, Donor Relations, and operations.
• Deputise for Head of Development Operations as required.
• Build strong relationships across the organisation to support fundraising ambitions.
