A leading asset finance provider is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to cover a territory from Nottingham to the North East and parts of Yorkshire. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in asset finance sales, with a focus on generating new business and managing client relationships effectively. Strong technical skills in structuring deals are essential for success in this role.
Our client is an established, well regarded provider of asset finance – offering innovative and flexible finance for a broad range of assets including commercial vehicles, construction equipment, engineering equipment and cars.
They have a newly created role within their field sales team for an experienced business development manager, who will cover a territory that stretches from Nottingham to the North East, and parts of Yorkshire.
Business will be sourced by directly marketing end user customers and through equipment vendors, negotiating rates and terms at decision maker level to secure profitable new and repeat business.
Successful candidates will be experienced asset finance sales professionals who are able to self generate new business as well as managing relationships on an ongoing basis to ensure repeat and referral opportunities are maximised. You will have well developed technical skills with the ability to structure and package new business deals for the credit function.
