Development Manager (Permanent)

Location: Eglinton Court, Saltcoats, KA21 5DN
Hours: 20 per week

Salary: £14,872 per year (Probation) + Pension & Benefits(£15,616 per yearupon completion of successful probation)

About the Role

This is a rewarding and varied role where you will help residents live independently in a safe, caring environment. As the Development Manager at Eglinton Court, you will be the friendly and welcoming face of Hanover. Your role will involve supporting residents, coordinating services, and ensuring the development runs smoothly.

You will work20 hours per weekon a rota basis, making this a great opportunity for someone seeking flexibility and fulfilling work.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Managing day-to-day operations of the development
  • Logging and monitoring repairs, liaising with contractors
  • Carrying out property inspections and ensuring high standards are maintained
  • Supporting residents with advice and information
