Job summary

Neos Global Search in Manchester is seeking a Real Estate Strategy Manager to drive delivery on high-profile residential and mixed-use schemes. The role is based in Central Manchester with responsibility across multiple sites.

You'll lead development appraisals, manage de-risking strategies, coordinate consultants, and liaise with partners to ensure timelines and approvals are met. This is a senior, multi-site position offering £70k+ benefits.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of priority schemes identified as strategically significant
• Utilise strategic pipelines to engage and support future planning discussions in relation to transport and wider infrastructure delivery
• The formulation of development appraisals and viabilities, and the assessment of development risk
• Own the development and delivery of de-risking strategies
• Taking a lead role in the procurement of consultant teams and other relevant advisers to support the work of the team. Including the pro-active management of consultants
• Drafting of approval papers to obtain committee and Board approval for projects at key stages
• Take the lead of the disposal of assets, liaising with procurement, legal, finance and technical teams to ensure procurement is undertaken
• Face-off with developer partners to ensure that obligations and timelines are adhered to on sites under contract
• Multi-site working including attendance at housing sites on occasion
