Job description

Vox Consultants are hiring for a Development Management Officer for a Local Authority based in Central London.

Please note, this is a Contract opportunity and only apply if you have the Right to Work in the UK and have relevant experience.

You will be:

1. Planning, implementing and evaluating development/ regeneration projects for the council to ensure they meet objectives and deadlines.
2. Contributing to development strategies that promote growth and sustainability.
3. Engaging with the community.
4. Monitoring project progress and preparing reports.

Essentials:

1. Right to work in the UK - the Council will not be able to provide sponsorship for this opportunity.
2. A degree in a relevant field and proven working experience as a Development Officer.
3. Relevant industry knowledge.
4. Previous experience of working within a Council is beneficial but not essential.
