Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Salesforce developers and administrators.
• Manage the development of Energy & Utilities Cloud, including Apex, Lightning components, Visualforce, Omni scripts, Data Raptors, and integrations with third-party applications.
• Ensure Salesforce applications are implemented following best practices, coding standards, and architecture guidelines.
• Review team code for quality and efficiency.
• Monitor platform performance and optimize as needed.
• Maintain documentation and promote knowledge sharing.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and provide advanced technical support.
