Job summary

The Leeds International Piano Competition is seeking a Development Manager to lead our sole fundraising and development post. You will own memberships, patron schemes, legacy giving, donor events and trusts, while acting as the CRM champion and ensuring accurate records and timely acknowledgments.

You will work with the CEO and DevCo to deliver fundraising and reporting, building strong donor relationships and turning systems and data into tangible support for the 2027 Competition and beyond.

Qualifications

• Experience in philanthropy and fundraising is essential.
• Ability to manage donor portfolios and gift processing.
• Strong attention to detail and reporting capabilities.
• Excellent written and oral communication with supporters.
