A leading independent consultancy in the UK is seeking a Principal / Senior Civil Engineer to join their Birmingham, Bristol, or Reading offices. The role involves supporting a range of infrastructure projects, from small highway improvements to large residential developments, requiring technical expertise and project management skills.
We are looking to recruit an experienced Development Infrastructure Engineer to support the continuing success of our Birmingham, Bristol or Reading office.
We are looking for an experienced Principal or Senior Civil Engineer to provide design expertise and support on a varied range of schemes from small highway improvements to large residential and commercial developments within one of the UK’s leading independent consultancies.
For the right individual, this is an excellent opportunity to help develop a strategically important sector of the business. PJA is currently engaged in lots of projects ranging from small scale developments up to larger scale projects of up to 5000 residential units and supporting infrastructure.
Our ideal candidate will have a degree in Civil Engineering (or an equivalent qualification) and relevant post graduate experience in a similar role within a consultancy environment, with good knowledge of both highway and drainage design. They will have experience in the design of both major and minor commercial and residential developments from appraisal stage, through to planning and detailed design of infrastructure, external works, and drainage.
