We are looking for an individual who is motivated and forward-thinking to join our Revenues, Benefits & Payments Service.
Working closely with the Development & Improvement Manager, you will support the delivery of projects and programmes that improve processes, systems and service performance. You will help shape how services are delivered, identifying opportunities for innovation and ensuring the service remains efficient, effective and responsive to changing legislation and customer needs.
