Job summary

Nottingham Playhouse is seeking a organised, enthusiastic Fundraising and Development Officer to grow support for world-class theatre and life-changing community work. You will develop relationships with donors, Patrons, sponsors and funders, coordinate campaigns, administer CRM and Gift Aid, and deliver outstanding supporter experiences.

Join our Development team to grow opportunities with individuals, businesses and trusts, while maintaining accurate data and creating proactive fundraising

Qualifications

• Experience in fundraising or charity sector advantageous
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for supporter enquiries and manage fundraising inbox
• Build positive relationships with donors, Patrons and sponsors with excellent stewardship
• Process donations and Gift Aid claims and maintain accurate records
• Produce reports and analyse fundraising performance using Spektrix CRM
• Support fundraising events from planning through to delivery and campaigns
