Qualifications

• Experience in the UK Commercial Insurance Industry, especially new business focused roles.
• Commercial acumen with track record of delivering growth.
• Cert CII qualification or equivalent by experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales & Growth – achieve targets through proactive prospecting and strategic engagement.
• Client Relationship Management – build and maintain relationships via reviews and tailored advice.
• Operational Excellence – manage leads, meetings, and income with effective planning and tracking.
• Collaborative Representation – partner with colleagues to maximise opportunities at external events.
