What You'll Be Doing
  • Design, create, and lead the delivery of a new proposition and team within a niche sector, such as Cyber, Construction, or High Risk Liability, leveraging your contacts and background.
  • Generate leads via LinkedIn, cold calling, introducers, and partnerships, with additional leads provided by the business.
  • Deliver market-leading risk management services, especially for motor fleet risks, using our tech-enabled claims system.
  • Monitor performance against objectives, forecasts, plans, targets, and budgets; provide regular feedback to the Development Director.
  • Identify and recommend corrective actions when performance deviates from plans or issues arise affecting sales or customer satisfaction.
What you'll need to have
  • Expert knowledge of the UK Commercial Insurance Market
  • Proven success within the Haulage sector
  • Chartered Insurance Institute Certificate in Insurance
  • Ability to manage your own time and prioritize work independently
  • Outcome-focused mindset
