Development Engineer - Medical Diagnostic Systems

What You'll Work On
- Architect and implement software and embedded algorithms for precision fluid handling.
- Design, prototype, and validate hardware-software integrated subsystems, focusing on real-time control and system reliability.
- Develop automated test procedures and capture detailed performance data across unit, subsystem, and full system levels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, service, and suppliers to drive continuous product improvement.
- Apply best practices in software development, leveraging MATLAB, Python, and programming, aligned with medical device standards (e.g., ISO 13485, IEC 62304).
Who You Are
- Experienced in developing control systems with a strong software development background.
- Familiarity with microfluidic technologies, specialized automation, or medical device development is a plus.
- Holder of a degree in Biomedical, Electronic, Mechatronic, or a related engineering or technical discipline (minimum 2:1).
- Self-driven with strong problem-solving skills, able to manage deliverables independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
