About the Role

We are seeking a Development Engineer to join a well-known UK-based machine manufacturer in the Milton Keynes area. This role offers long-term progression and opportunities for further education, with no two days being the same.

Responsibilities

1. Building and commissioning CNC machinery.
2. Designing and optimizing intelligent systems for high accuracy and dynamic response.
3. Utilizing design software, mainly HyperMill.
4. Performing outcall servicing 3-4 times per year.

Qualifications & Skills

1. Experience with 5-axis CNC machinery.
2. Proficiency in CAM and HyperMill.
3. Apprenticeship trained.
4. Interest in expanding experience beyond machining components to include ultra precision manufacturing, machine tool building, and commissioning.
