The organization is fast-paced and specializes in supplying POS/POP displays within the temporary and permanent display industry. This is an office-based role.

The Job:

1. Develop solutions that support clients' design and technical requirements.
2. Create cost-effective manufacturing solutions, whether in-house or outsourced.
3. Conduct site surveys as needed.
4. Promote a team-oriented culture emphasizing teamwork, empowerment, honesty, and commercial awareness.
5. Maintain professionalism, honesty, and respect in all interactions.
6. Ensure all company procedures and policies are understood and followed by employees.
7. Report issues or obstacles to your line manager for effective management.
8. Collaborate with departments such as Planning, Workshop, Prototyping, and Pre-production to align activities with sales forecasts, demand planning, and budgets.
