Qualifications

• Significant senior fundraising experience with a strong track record.
• Ability to identify and build major donor relationships and pipelines.
• Proven leadership and line-management experience within a fundraising team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of major gifts and philanthropic fundraising strategy.
• Drive the 30th anniversary campaign and identify opportunities across donors.
• Lead donor meetings, cultivation plans, and stewardship journeys.
• Manage a portfolio of prospects and donors and report progress to Trustees.
