Job summary

Clare College Cambridge invites applications for a Database and Research Lead within its Development Office. The role will ensure integrity and effective use of the college's development database, manage constituent data across College and University systems, and provide data services to fundraisers during the next fundraising campaign.

The post is full-time (36.25 hours weekly), permanent, with a 4‑month probation and pro rata for a 0.8 FTE.

Qualifications

• Experience with developing databases and data services for fundraising campaigns.
• Ability to oversee constituent data across College and University systems.
• Strong administrative support and briefing preparation for senior staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the integrity, accuracy and use of the Development database.
• Provide comprehensive gift administration and data services.
• Prepare briefings for the Master, senior Officers and fundraisers for visits/events.
