A community leisure provider in Scotland is looking for a Co-ordinator to enhance customer service and deliver high-quality fitness programmes. This role involves working within a performance management framework to improve local health and wellbeing. Candidates should have a passion for developing innovative fitness services and a strong customer-focused attitude. The position offers a salary of £28,665 - £30,540 per annum for a 35-hour work week.

Contributing to the provision and design of innovative and modern fitness programming, you will enhance opportunities for our venues to flourish by maximising capacity and becoming a thriving, customer-focussed facility.
Salary: £28665 - £30540 per annum. Hours of work will be 35 hours per week as per the attached work pattern.
