Role Overview

As the Development Clerk of Works, you will support our new build and refurbishment schemes through site visits, progress reports, and quality assurance to ensure compliance with building regulations and standards. You will conduct quality reviews at key stages, working closely with contractors to ensure high standards of finish.

Candidate Profile

We seek a highly organized individual with excellent communication and conflict management skills, experienced in construction management, including on-site oversight from inception to completion.
