Join Our Team as a Development Chemist!

This role offers you the opportunity to work with partners around the world to develop cutting-edge products that meet consumer needs and market trends. You will spearhead new product ideas and claims based on thorough consumer research and oversee the entire product lifecycle, from feasibility studies to market launch.

This role will primarily focus on our oral-care products.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Development: Formulate and develop products alongside global partners, aligning with consumer insights and market trends.
2. Portfolio Management: Oversee and enhance our existing portfolio of products.
3. Research & Innovation: Initiate new product concepts and create compelling demonstrations for innovative solutions.
4. Technical Support: Collaborate with Marketing, Quality Control, and Packaging departments to provide essential technical support.
5. Safety & Validation: Conduct laboratory and clinical tests to ensure product efficacy and safety.
6. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor Junior Development Chemists and interns, guiding them to achieve their goals.

1. Excellent Communication: Strong influencing skills and the ability to build effective project teams across functions.
2. Self-Motivation: A proactive attitude with the ability to plan, use initiative, and solve problems creatively.
3. Technical Proficiency: Advanced IT skills, especially in Microsoft software, with the ability to present information clearly.
