The Role:
As Development Chef, you’ll be both creative and hands-on – leading from the front and inspiring others along the way. Working closely with our Head Chefs and operations team, you’ll drive innovation, refresh menus, and elevate our food standards across all sites. You’ll also play a key role in client relationships, mobilisations, and special events.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Collaborating with our Head Chefs to evolve and enhance our food offer

Creating seasonal menus that are fresh, exciting, and aligned with client needs

Supporting new site mobilisations and high-profile events (occasional weekends)

Being a visible, supportive leader and mentor within the kitchen teams

Working with clients to understand their vision and exceed expectations

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in a similar Development Chef or Executive Chef role within contract catering

A natural leader who inspires and brings out the best in others

A true foodie – creative, passionate, and on-trend with food innovation

Strong operational know-how, with an eye for detail and consistency

Excellent communication skills and the ability to build great client relationships
