The Role

Reporting to the Head Development Chef, you will be part of a large NPD team creating new ranges, translating food & restaurant trends into market-leading products for a prestigious retailer.

You will work closely with your customer to understand their requirements and impress them with your culinary knowledge and passion. Staying up-to-date with the latest trends, you will present new ideas and confidently influence your customer.

You will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure your products are commercially viable, creative, on-trend, and first to market.

The Person

We are looking for an industrious, inventive, and talented Development Chef with experience in a food manufacturing environment, ideally for UK retailers.

This company values passion for food above all else. If you have honed your culinary skills in Michelin-starred restaurants and are new to food manufacturing, this could be a perfect step for you.
