I am looking for a Chef De Partie or Senior Chef de Partie who is looking to take their career in a different direction but still drive their culinary ideas and knowledge forward.

The Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Chef de Partie who is keen to use their knowledge and experience by moving into a Development Chef role to join our team. In this multifaceted role, you will:

1. Culinary Innovation: Develop and refine recipes that align with current food trends and client needs.
2. Level Requirement: You will be at CDP or senior CDP level in a quality restaurant.
3. Client Engagement: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their requirements and deliver tailored culinary solutions.
4. Project Management: Oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
5. Collaboration: Work alongside various teams, including kitchen staff, marketing, and production, to bring concepts to fruition.
6. Trend Analysis: Stay abreast of emerging food trends and incorporate them into product development.

About You

We are looking for a unique chef who:

• Has experience in modern, high-end restaurant kitchens, demonstrating advanced cooking skills and creativity.
• Possesses a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Culinary Arts, Food Science, or Hospitality Management, to support effective communication and proposal writing.
• Has a genuine enthusiasm for food, with a keen interest in global cuisines and current food trends.
• Demonstrates strong ability to write and present effectively to clients and stakeholders.
• Will occasionally need to drive to different clients, so a driving license and car are desired.
• Is willing to step away from traditional kitchen roles and embrace a consultancy-focused career path.
