Base pay range

This role is within our Business & Industry division, catering for workplace clients. We are one of the industry's largest and most innovative contract caterers, offering menus with pre-ordering and in-app payment, catering to four million daily customers with modern technology.

What you’ll be doing…

As a Regional Development Chef based at our sites across South Wales and South England, you will be responsible for driving financial growth through cost control, culinary excellence, merchandising improvements, and monitoring and evaluating team performance.

This is a field-based role, so a full clean driving license is essential. A vehicle and mileage allowance will be provided.

• Develop training and support materials to ensure compliance with initiatives like Octopus.
• Identify problem sites proactively and collaborate with operations to enhance financial and operational performance.
• Lead food-related projects and cross-functional initiatives.
• Work with Marketing & Promotions Managers and Executive Chefs to deliver innovative solutions aligned with marketing calendars.
