What you'll do

As a Development Baker, you'll take pride in delighting guests by:

  • Providing exceptional food and service.
  • Preparing and cooking high-quality food that exceeds standards and guest expectations.
  • Enhancing the food experience to create a seamless brand experience for guests.

Operational hours are shift-based and subject to change.

What you'll bring

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Knowledge of 5-star kitchen processes and operations.
  • Understanding of bread products, viennoiserie, and fermented doughs.
  • Knowledge of hospitality industry legislation, including health and safety, licensing, and employment law.
  • Experience in menu development, installation, and training.
  • Skills in ordering systems, costing, and yield management, along with respect for equipment maintenance.

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, email).
  • Good communication skills.
