Job description

Job Purpose

Contributing to and delivering excellent customer service across Ayrshire Leisure, the Countryside Assistant will facilitate the organisation, preparation, and delivery of a wide range of planned programmes, activities, and events across East Ayrshire Leisure. The role involves contributing to the design and delivery of innovative, modern, and sustainable services. Working within a performance management and continuous improvement framework, the post holder will strive to exceed the expectations outlined in the East Ayrshire Leisure Strategy and Delivery Plan. Rate of Pay

£14.83 - £15.53 per hour. Hours of work: Saturday and Sunday, 9.00 am - 5.00 pm, with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break each day. This is a temporary post until 31st March 2026.
