Job summary

Cockpit, a centre of excellence in craft with a global reputation, is seeking a Development Team member to join our fundraising and events efforts. The role is permanent, full-time and hybrid, based in Bloomsbury and Deptford.

You’ll bring strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent organisation, and a proactive approach to storytelling and relationship-building in a fast-paced environment. Experience in fundraising or events in the creative industries is ideal.

Contract: Permanent, full-time
Hours: 35 hours per week (5 days)
Salary: £28,000 per annum
Location: Bloomsbury and Deptford (hybrid)
Reports to: Head of Development

You’ll be an excellent communicator who is enthusiastic about storytelling and relationship-building with a keen eye for detail and confidence working in a fast-paced environment. We don’t need you to have a background in craft or design, but ideally you’ll have experience in fundraising, and/or events within the creative industries.
