You will work as part of a cross-functional team to lead and deliver activities required for Process Design and Deployment in Innovation, Growth, and Productivity projects across multiple geographies, focusing on delivering the desired consumer experience.

How you will contribute

With support from a manager and technical coaches, you will design and implement projects aligned with RDQ, marketing, and manufacturing requirements. You will communicate project statuses and risks effectively. Your activities will include generating process information through modeling, simulations, and pilot plant and plant trials, following good manufacturing practices and HACCP standards. You will plan and conduct process development activities, including process design, specifications, scale-up, commissioning, risk assessments, and maintaining accurate consumer-centric process specifications. You will also manage resources, including external agencies, and stakeholders, providing recommendations and influencing decisions based on data analysis. Additionally, you will create intellectual property to maintain competitive advantage.
