About the team and role:
Xero Developer is a key strategic asset to Xero, and one of the largest marketplaces for business apps in the world. It connects millions of small business customers and their advisors to over 1000 app partners and financial services in the Xero App Store, and tens of thousands of users of the Xero API who build value added integrations on the Xero platform.
The Ecosystem team includes Product, Design, Engineering and Marketing teams. Platform marketing is responsible for increasing awareness of the Xero platform value prop resulting in the attraction of more integrations into the Xero ecosystem and deeper engagement among the developer community.
As ‘Developer Marketing Manager’ you will play a key role in accelerating the engagement and growth of our developer ecosystem. You will support the platform marketing strategy, driving key programs, content, and comms to drive growth and advocacy within the developer community.
We're looking for this person to be based in Australia (either hybrid or work from home).
What you'll bring to the role:
What you'll do:
Collaborate with Head Of Platform Marketing, Head Of Growth and Partnerships to deliver channel acquisition programs.
Work with product marketing to ensure we have a compelling ecosystem platform and partner value proposition, and translate this through the Xero developer brand and partner enablement.
Work with HO Platform Marketing and Product to optimize the Xero Developer Centre to improve experience and conversion through the developer acquisition funnel.
