Enabling developers to work quickly and effectively with Arm technology really matters to us! We do this by working with experts inside and outside the business to build and curate a growing range of learning content for professional developers, available at various channels.

We are seeking a Developer Learning, Senior Manager to join our outstanding team of engineers, developers, educationalists, and academics. You will lead the development and curation of technical content plans that support application developers in doing their best work on Arm.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with experts across Arm, our partners, and developer communities to develop roadmaps of technical content that anticipate and solve developers’ problems, driving the adoption of Arm and Arm-based technologies.
  • Ensure your plans reflect the real, validated needs of our partner organizations and various developer communities.
  • Deliver on your content roadmaps by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including expert authors, Arm partner relationship managers, and publishers.
  • Support efforts to build and maintain a diverse network of contributors and authors from across Arm, our partners, and developer communities who share our mission.
  • Coordinate related initiatives across the organization to ensure an exceptional user experience for developers engaging with Arm.
  • Communicate and advocate for your work across teams at Arm and beyond, collaborating with colleagues at various levels within the organization.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Degree-level knowledge in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience managing the development of learning content in computing.
  • Experience working effectively within a highly technical and multidisciplinary environment, drawing on diverse expertise.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
