Developer Enablement Specialist

Role Profile

In this role, you will join the Developer Success Team as a Developer Enablement Specialist. This team acts as a gateway to the Engineering Excellence & Productivity engineers, operations, and compliance teams, focusing on enabling our DevOps teams to accelerate new software or features to production. Key activities include:

  1. Supporting all central requirements and changes via aligned EXP squads, either by explicitly implementing the technical change or leading coordinated efforts.
  2. Ensuring adherence to tooling standards and automating operational tasks.
  3. Supporting Compliance, Security Controls, and Risk Management.
  4. Maintaining IT operations performance and error risk within SLAs.
  5. Reviewing operating metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
Essential Skills
  • Understanding of DevOps/DevSecOps principles, including CI/CD.
  • Knowledge of developer tools like GitLab, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes.
  • Understanding of taxonomy, metadata, and information architecture.
  • Ability to analyze data usage and optimize knowledge management systems.
  • Basic knowledge of databases.
  • Experience with Knowledge Management Tools (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint, Teams, Stack Overflow), including administration and configuration.
  • Experience with PPM Tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Clarity).
  • Proficiency with presentation tools like MS PowerPoint, Lucid Chart.
  • Experience organizing technical events and campaigns.
  • Experience collecting feedback via surveys.
  • Content creation and video editing skills are a plus.
  • Previous experience in project support, coordination, or delivery roles.
  • Knowledge of software development support, QA, or emerging technology governance.

  • Integration of knowledge systems with organizational applications.

  • Hands-on experience with Confluence, SharePoint, Stack Overflow.
