Job summary

Conferma is seeking a Software Developer to join one of our development teams in Manchester, working in an Agile environment to deliver innovative and robust payment solutions for B2B clients. You will build and maintain backend and front-end systems and ensure security and performance.

Qualifications

• Commercial experience delivering complex software in C#, SQL Server, ASP.Net, and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, Angular, Bootstrap, jQuery, JavaScript, TypeScript, WCF, MVC, SOAP and VB.Net.
• Strong .NET development background and web application frameworks.
• Knowledge of industry best practices and development processes in a team.
• Experience building cloud-native apps on Azure, AWS or GCP.
• Proven ability delivering secure, scalable, reliable software.
• Familiarity using AI tools to improve productivity and quality.

A Software Developer at Conferma is responsible for:

You have:

• Proven commercial experience and expertise delivering complex solutions in C#, SQL Server, ASP.Net, and RESTful APIs.
• Skills in other languages and technologies such as HTML, CSS, Angular, Bootstrap, jQuery, JavaScript, TypeScript, WCF, MVC, SOAP and VB.Net.
• A strong development background, with exposure to Microsoft .Net technologies and web application frameworks.
• Demonstrable knowledge of industry best practices, development processes and methodologies and experience applying these in a team environment.
• Experience in creating and cloud native applications using Azure, AWS or GCP.
• Proven experience contributing to the successful delivery of secure, scalable, and reliable solutions.
• Skills in using AI tools to solve problems, increase productivity and improve quality.
