Job summary

mecs communications in Coventry is seeking a DevOps Engineer to join a growing software team delivering business-critical infrastructure projects on a hybrid basis. The role focuses on shaping modern DevOps practices, cloud infrastructure, and deployment pipelines for a strategic programme.

You will work closely with developers to improve deployment and release processes, tackle Azure DevOps administration, and manage both Azure and on-premises infrastructure including VMware, Kubernetes,

Qualifications

• Strong Azure DevOps experience.
• Azure & Azure Local expertise.
• VMware administration.
• Kubernetes / Docker experience.
• Windows & Linux administration.
• PowerShell scripting.
• IaC / Configuration as Code experience.
• SQL Server knowledge.
• SC Clearance or eligibility to obtain SC Clearance.
