Job summary

Lincolnshire Police is inviting Detective Constable transferees to join the Protecting Vulnerable Persons (PVP) unit across Lincolnshire locations. This permanent full-time role offers transfer from other forces and supports career progression within the safeguarding teams.

From Sep 2026 to Aug 2027, transferees may receive £200 monthly TVP payment; relocation expenses up to £8,000 are available to assist with moving to Lincolnshire. Flexible/part-time working may be considered where possible.

Qualifications

• Must currently be serving as a Police Officer in a Home Office Force.
• Must have completed probation and be confirmed in post at time of application.
• Mandatory training (Fitness test, Personal Safety Training, first aid, driving qualifications) must be current and evidenced.
• Medical assessment and vetting process required before offer.
