Job summary

Avon and Somerset Police invites applications for the Degree Holder Entry Programme (DHEP) to become a Detective Constable. You will study for a Level 6 Diploma while earning a full salary, split between UWE campuses and Police Headquarters.

The two-year programme includes classroom delivery, hands-on policing, and passing the National Investigator’s Exam; you will progress from uniform policing to CID, with training, overtime and shift work.
