Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality results.
• Physical ability to perform tasks requiring bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.

• Punctuality and reliability to adhere to scheduled shifts.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors and surfaces to maintain cleanliness and order.
• Sanitize and disinfect high-touch areas such as door handles and switches.
• Empty trash and replace liners promptly.
• Deep cleaning tasks including carpet shampooing and upholstery cleaning.
• Use cleaning chemicals safely and maintain PPE as required.
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment like vacuums and floor polishers.
• Identify and report maintenance issues to supervisors.
• Replenish cleaning supplies after each shift.
• Provide courteous service and maintain professional interactions with clients.
• Follow safety guidelines and OSHA standards.
