Evolve Selection is recruiting an Accuracy Checking Technician for a leading UK pharmaceutical company. Based at the head office in Wiltshire, this full-time role focuses on accuracy checking prescriptions, stock control, and supporting safe dispensing in a patient-centered team.

You will be GPhC registered (or working towards) with ACT accreditation, have dispensing experience, and be proactive in process improvements.

Qualifications

• Qualified pharmacy technician (GPhC registered or working towards).
• Experience in dispensing with a strong focus on accuracy and stock control.
• Patient-focused and compliant with GPhC & MHRA standards.

Responsibilities

• Clinical accuracy & prescription checking – ensure safe, efficient processing.
• Workflow coordination & operational oversight with Responsible Pharmacist.
• Continuous improvement & process development to reduce waste and improve outcomes.
• Leadership, training & professional development for team members.
