Job Description:

Responsibilities: The Destination Services Team is part of the Employee Mobility Services department, supporting ByteDancers throughout their mobility journey by managing destination services, ensuring the adoption of global mobility policies, and overseeing external vendors. Destination services include home rental assistance, settling-in support, area tours, and school search services.

Responsibilities include overseeing destination services across the EMEA region, managing vendors, improving employee satisfaction, standardizing processes, handling escalations, monitoring vendor spending, collaborating with various internal teams, and enhancing employee experience through training and documentation. Participation in procurement processes is also required.

Qualifications: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree and 4 years of experience in vendor management or operations. Preferred skills include strong communication, problem-solving, resilience, data analysis, and bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin.
