Job summary

Fenix Manchester is seeking a dedicated kitchen team member to support busy services, manage a demanding section of the kitchen, and deliver our desserts to the highest standard. You will work as part of a passionate team in a luxury restaurant brand, ensuring calm, precision and energy across shifts.

This permanent, full-time role offers 35/45 hours per week at up to £16.96 per hour, with staff benefits and opportunities to develop your culinary skills across our restaurant brands.

• Work independently managing a demanding section of the kitchen.
• Ability to remain calm during pressurised services.
• Eye for detail with the ability to execute our desserts to the highest standard.
• Show determination to deliver the best product and demonstrate commitment and passion on every shift to inspire those around you.
• Demonstrate a desire to push culinary boundaries and learn new skills and techniques to deliver new and unique dishes.
• Willingness to share your knowledge with junior members of the team so they are continually learning and developing.
