As a Warehouse Operative for Ocado Logistics, you are at the heart of preparing orders for customers. Join our warehouse in Bristol where you'll be working in a state-of-the-art facility preparing orders for customers.

We offer a variety of areas and shift options, allowing you to plan your work-life balance with our core roster. You will receive your work pattern 6 - 13 weeks in advance, giving you ample time to plan with your family and friends. You will be required to work in both Ambient and Chill areas (-5℃).

Roles available in the following areas:

1. Despatch: Loading individual totes into frames for delivery vans, sorting and organizing totes returning to the site. This is a physical role requiring the ability to lift heavy totes.
2. Pick: Picking and packing customer orders into shopping totes, with assistance from robots.
3. Inbound: Receiving goods from suppliers and organizing them into totes for processing.
4. Freezer: Picking and packing frozen items in a large freezer at temperatures of up to -25℃. Full gear is provided.

Shift Times:

• Nights Pick/Freezer: 20:00 - 06:00 (4 nights)
• Days Despatch: 07:00 - 17:00 (4 days)
• Nights Despatch: 21:00 - 07:00 (4 nights)
• Nights Inbound: 19:00 - 05:00 (4 nights)

What do you get in return?

Salary (from 31st March 2025):

• Starting rate: £12.45/hour
• Night shift premium (10pm-6am): +£2.50/hour
• Freezer Premium: £0.80/hour
• Overtime paid at basic x 1.25
