Job summary

Finnebrogue, a leading UK-based food producer within the Sofina Foods Group, is recruiting a proactive Despatch Supervisor in Downpatrick. You will lead the Despatch team to ensure accurate, on-time picking, packing and loading of chilled goods, with a relentless focus on accuracy and safety.

Reporting to the Senior Supervisor, you’ll manage rotas, coach colleagues, monitor KPIs, and collaborate across Production, Intake, Transport and Quality to keep the despatch process running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations within the Despatch department, ensuring orders are picked, packed, and despatched accurately and on time.
• Oversee the loading of outbound vehicles, ensuring compliance with load plans and customer requirements.
• Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy, ensuring stock movements are correctly recorded.
• Ensure despatch documentation is completed accurately and on time.
• Collaborate with the Senior Supervisor and other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
