Job summary

Finnebrogue, a leading UK-based food producer in Downpatrick, Northern Ireland, is seeking a Despatch Supervisor to lead the Despatch team and ensure accurate, efficient loading of chilled goods. You will oversee day-to-day operations, inventory accuracy, and health & safety, working with Production, Transport and Quality to meet KPIs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in a fast-paced despatch/warehouse environment.
• Strong understanding of stock control and inventory accuracy.
• Knowledge of health & safety practices within a warehouse setting.
• Good IT skills; familiarity with warehouse management systems desirable.
• MHE experience is desirable; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day Despatch operations, ensuring orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately and on time.
• Oversee loading of outbound vehicles and adherence to load plans.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure accurate stock movements.
